Hostel Bureau is a cool hostel in the very city center of Zagreb. We are always available to receive people who want to help us with our work. In exchange we can provide accommodation in a private volunteers room and free use of all our facilities. We need a friendly, multitasking and proactive travelers to help us a little bit. :) We need help with: HOUSEKEEPING AND A GOOD ATMOSPHERE

The hostel is first of all a fantastic family. I had my first experience there and it could not have been better! The staff is really friendly and always ready to help. They welcomed me and they explained with a lot of passion and clarity everything I had to do. Besides, they were always open to any kind of conversation. The work is pretty easy, even in the high season, and the work conditions are respected. Zagreb is a small but nice and dynamic city, and the hostel is just 5-minute walk from the main square. If you want to meet new people and have fun I truly recommend this place!

I stayed at the hostel for approximately one month. It marked my first volunteering experience, and it was truly exceptional. The staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive, and the workload never exceeded the predetermined expectations. Moreover, the hostel is conveniently located just a short distance from the city center. I highly recommend this experience!

My experience with the hostel was amazing. The environment it's like being into a second house, the receptionists Lana, Dijana, Maja, Katarina and Tonka are lovely girls, I felt a real connection with them, like they were my bigger sisters. Katarina the manager will always treat you in the best way possible, respectfully and genuinely worried if something happened.There's 2 different shifts that are basically making beds and cleaning shift, you will enjoy the working thank to the great and kind trio of Olija, Mirela and Dalija, listening to the easy tasks given by my great friend Ljuka
