The Experience

Somos una familia veracruzana viviendo en una granja, actualmente la administramos 2 personas adultas, siempre en constante construcción, en el rancho contamos con gallinas de patio, cerca de 30 borregos, 1 perro , 1 gato,1 minipig, 2 caballos, y un campo de paintball sin servicio al público. nos encontramos a 25 km de la ciudad de Tuxpan al norte de Veracruz, México Familiares y amigos nos visitan frecuentemente, vivimos a 25 km de la ciudad

La granja 5 yakas es un lugar muy tranquilo en una zona muy rural. Doña eréndira y don julio son personas muy simpáticas y te hacen sentir en casa. El chiste del voluntariado es apoyarles con lo que sea en el día a día en la granja, tanto alimentar a las gallinas como pastorear las borregas. Si quieres estar en plena naturaleza y desconectarte de la ciudad, esta es tu oportunidad.

Fue muy interesante mi estadía en la granja, me trataron increíble como de su familia, la experiencia que me llevo es única; aprendí a valorar lo que tenemos y hacer cosas que en ciudad no había hecho. Estoy agradecida con ellos y aprecio los momentos que pase en la granja 5 yacas. Las tareas que se realizaron es sacar a las borregas, alimentar gallinas y ayudar en el cultivo

La granja pertenece a una pareja de adultos mayores: Ere y Julio, cuando yo fui su hija Tere estaba viviendo ahí también. Además reciben visitas de otros familiares. Es super seguro. Desde el primer día te reciben como si fueras un miembro más de la familia. Todos comemos juntos y te prestan uniformes para realizar las actividades. Las actividades pueden ser pesadas sólo por el sol y los mosquitos (lleven repelente), se hacen la granja mañana y por la tarde. Lo principal es sacar a pastorear a las borregas. Ere sabe enseñar español a la gente que está dispuesta a aprenderlo. 10/10
