What can I say? I loved the experience. Sonja and Pedro are the BEST hosts: they care about your well-being, make you feel appreciated and value your work; moreover, they put effort in trying to strengthen the relationship between volunteers by organizing social activities. The tasks are not difficult, sometimes they take more time but we have always been able to complete them in our shift. Also, all volunteers have the same schedule, which makes it super easy to spend time with the other girls after work. I am glad I had the opportunity to volunteer in Faro and I strongly recommend it!

This was my first experience and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The location, the food, the place I stayed, everything was good and nice. The host Sonja it's one of the most wonderful person that I had meet in my life, so charming, excellent communication skills so lovely and caring. The supervisors, the girls that I met here that feels like family. I wouldn't change anything about this experience, I learned new communications skills thanks to Sonja and how everything can be solve when you are honest and speak out. Hope to come back one day.

Sonja was nothing but nice and caring and respectful i did not finish my stay as it was not for me and i felt like i was doing bad for their business so i left early. If you like small town vibes and less hours of work this one's for you! we started at 10:30 and we had until 3pm to finish but we all would finish around 1pm! Of course put in hard word! if you looking for a sunny getaway this one's for you! note: the beaches are not in the city and bud/ferry times are limited so do your research before

I had a great time in Faro! Even though there were some organisation problems in the beginning for me, I felt very respected and welcomed by Sonja, Pedro and Josefina. Sonja is a great communicator, very kind and fair host who really puts a lot of effort for the whole team. The work requires some responsability and attentiveness but is very managable and easy after you get the routine - plus, you can always ask questions! I also have to mention that even though it's only one meal per day, the food is usually very good and you'll get the chance to meet all the other volunteers. Recommended! :)
