Permaculture project, both as a school and as ecotourism. We will be carrying out several bio-construction activities, such as mud mixes, bahareque, quincha, plastering, carpentry, and gardening. A 3- to 6-month stay: we are looking for people with experience living in the countryside who are interested in being part of our activities. These may include maintenance and cleaning of our bungalows, natural building projects, and work in the vegetable garden.

My stay was a wonderful experience! I am so happy that I ended up in that project. There is a lot to learn and Maui is a very Patient Person. The Place for itself is very special and the pets are making it feel even better. The work is not super easy but fair for what you will receive. Which is good and healthy food, nice people, and a beautiful landscape to indulge in and immerse and reflect yourself. I would recommend this place to everyone who is thinking about it!

I can't recommend this experience enough. Maui has created such a special environment at Rancho the project, dedicated to learning about sustainability while also living and working in a way that shows you how to practically embody these values. We worked hard, primarily on a bioconstruction project during my time there. We also spent plenty of time together enjoying the natural beauty on the ranch and nearby, as well as a couple of really fun trips to different locales and events. I met a lot of fantastic people here and I'm really glad I stopped by Rancho the project while in Mexico :)

The project was such an incredible experience! Mawi is a great host, really brining you into her community :) The ranch is utterly beautiful, with a stunning volcano right in the backyard! The work is very labor intensive, so be prepared, but it is definitely rewarding to be working with your hands, learning about eco-building, and contributing towards a project that has a great purpose. 10/10, I'd highly recommend!

I had a fantastic time at Rancho the project where I gained valuable knowledge about sustainability and learned how to initiate projects from scratch. The surrounding nature was stunning, and each day was filled with fascinating tasks. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who loves spending time in nature and is up for learning something new. The hosts are very kind and went out of their way, to shape this beautiful experience.
