The Experience

You will be working the small thatch swimming poolside bar. We open at 5pm till midnight. You will be expected to do a cash-up the next morning. We work on 4 days on, 4 days off system with another volunteer. You will be expected to help with late check-ins, and BBQ nights and keep the bar area clean during your shift.

Between 18 and 35 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

My experience at the hostel was incredible! The job is easy and fun, you can enjoy it as you go as long as you remember to to do everything expected from it. It is a great way also to meet people and travellers from all over the world. The staff is lovely and always there to help and chat! The hostel is a beautiful place with a great vibe and location, I had an amazing time !

My volunteer experience at the hostel was incredible. I had the chance to meet wonderful people while staying at the hostel, and the staff was amazing. Working at the hostel was an incredible experience from beginning to end. The staff is absolutely wonderful and well prepared to taking in new volunteers and help you at all times with everything that you may need. the hostel in its entirity is incredible. Beginning with the staff who are so patient, and supportive to volunteers in teaching them what must be done; to the common areas and dorms that are always very clean. Moreover, the vibe of the hostel is always amazing and interactive with people from all ages and nationalities. Would definitely recommend and hope all the best for them!
