Julien opened his hostel to me when I was looking to change places. I could immediately be useful, he gave me a list of tasks to do independently and with confidence. I didn't have time to get bored! The hostel is very well located and there is a good atmosphere. If you want to volunteer in Budapest, I highly recommend this place :)

Julien was a great host and answered all my questions with patience. The hostel is super nice and chill to stay at and it's quite central so you can reach almost everything by walking. I worked as a social media content creator for the hostel (mainly instagram) and had a great time. I worked 5h/5days a week and had a open schedule so It was easy to combine exploring the city and working. I would recommend it to everyone. It was a great experience and would definitely think about doing it again.

Julien was lovely to have as a supervisor. He was understanding and let me set my own hours. I was doing stocking and checking of cleaning. There are a few different locations, all close to Central Market. This is where I was stocking and checking. Another project I had was content creation of blog posts about Budapest. The work is manageable, great location, nice team. I volunteered in September, there was a friendly vibe to the hostel, and it was easy to chat with people. They told me it was a smaller crowd at this time compared to summer. Overall, I'd recommend the hostel as a relaxed hostel.
