WOW what a place!! our stay here at the farm had been absolutely wonderful! The view was breathtaking, something we'll never forget! The family was so loving and welcomeing, making our stay so pleasant. The food was delicious, and the farm was so full of life with many animals and plants. We have learned so much about plantation, animals, food and sustainability. We got to gelt milk the goats and cow, and made cheese out of it!! We loved the farm and would love to come back!

It was a rich experience to get to know the artisanal production of cheeses, snacks, and cachaça, as well as the routine of a small family-owned business. I am grateful for the opportunity and for having been welcomed myself and my cat, Luna, with so much kindness.

I also had pleasant moments of companionship, outings, and exchanges that allowed me to get to know the region better. In my case, some expectations of the routine became clearer as the experience progressed, which required adaptation and flexibility. Overall, it was a very enriching learning experience.

The experience at the site was great; it's a beautiful place with various activities. Guilherme, Erica, and the little Lis welcomed us very well and even took us to meet friends from the community and regional tourist spots. During the period, we did video recording from the accommodations to the production of handmade crafts, so we ended up following more the theory behind things. Therefore, I recommend that future volunteers say what they want to get their hands on (they are very open and let us feel free to do so). My thanks for the time, exchanges, and the campfires together.

Thank you for the tips, ideas and points for improvement....really trying to understand permaculture is very broad and subjective....it's in many things that can slip through our fingers, eyes and lenses...so it requires specifying more objective practices together between the host and the volunteers...and among so many activities the priorities can only become clearer when time is short. Anyway, mutual learning without a doubt. Endless gratitude for the partnership and camaraderie.

The site experience was great. Erica and Gui are attentive hosts who care about making us feel at home. The site is beautiful and provides a rich experience, sustainable practices, care of animals, handmade productions, and welcoming conversations. Remote work was possible with good Wi-Fi and respect for the routine. I loved being able to ride a quad on the mountain and to meet places and dear friends of theirs. If you align from the start what you want to take from the experience and maintain clear communication, you will have a perfect volunteering ahead. Gratitude for this time together, dear ones! Kiss to the boss lady. :*

My experience at the farm had good moments of interaction with the hosts: Guilherme, Erica and their little daughter. Generous, they spared no effort to welcome me well and offer the best accommodation I have ever had. The property is large and full of climbs, requiring a good physical condition to work on the site. I recommend coordinating the activities with the host before you go, as the seasonality of the plantings and the site's priorities change weekly.
