We are looking for volunteers who can help out with the general running of a backpackers hostel. Cleaning, reception, liaising with guests and any Ad Hoc duties that occur. We are looking for friendly, sociable people with a good level of English. No previous experience is necessary. You will either be working morning shifts (08:00 - 14:00): serving breakfast orders, checking people in, renting kayaks and just being a smiley face to make guests.

I love this place and the Team is super nice! I worked here mostly in the evening and helped at the bar. There is a lot of free time while working and the general vibe is chill. Even during low season there was always someone around. They cook amazing local food.
I would always come back here and I would definitely recommend this place.

I volunteered at the hostel a little over 2 weeks and truly had the best experience! All the staff made me feel so welcome and working alongside everyone was fun and exciting! I wish I could've stayed longer - the hostel grows on you and makes you feel at home faster than I ever imagined!
All the tasks are discussed immediately and clearly, leaving plenty of time to explore around before or after shifts!

I spent two weeks volunteering at the hostel and loved it so much that I extended my stay to three weeks! Day', Morgan, V and Tommy are amazing, funny and welcoming people who make you feel at home.
The flexible shifts (8–2, 12–6 or 5–11) leave plenty of time to explore. Even during low season, there were still lots of people around and it was easy to meet travelers and make friends. I would definitely recommend the hostel!

Came here planning to stay 3 weeks and somehow stayed for 3 months instead. the hostel is such a special place with the best energy, amazing staff, and the kind of people that make you feel at home straight away. The work is super chill and fun, so it never feels stressful and you still have loads of time to enjoy Kampot and connect with everyone around you. What I thought would be just another volunteering experience became one of the best chapters of my life. This place really feels like home to me now. So much love for the hostel and everyone in it. Will be back soon, love you guys ❤️

The hostel was one of the best volunteer experiences of my life. The place is truly special: the volunteers, the local team, and the manager are incredible and very welcoming people. Working at the bar is relaxed, well-organized, and the food is simply delicious. The space is cozy, the kind that makes you feel at home from day one; you even want to never leave. I spent special days there that I will cherish forever. I am very grateful for everything I experienced at the hostel.
