Amazing location, close to beaches and the main parts of the city, easy to get around. Work was about 5 hours a day, which left reasonable free time without any kind of pressure. Met various travellers from different countries, we shared the space and got along fine. The projects entailed sustainability efforts like reaching social institutions , translations for books, web development and guided nature walks in natural areas.
Definitely had a great time and I can recommend it to other travellers.

Yuriko and Jose are the most beautiful human beings. Staying at the project changed me in a deep way. I am grateful for the family I got to know there, leaving was so hard. The project is amazing and very interesting, they are flexible about the tasks and you can always share and propose new ideas. I will surely come back!

It's been quite a unique experience. At the beginning I had some thoughts if it was the right place for me, I didn't really feel motivated by my tasks and I told Yuri and Jose that I was gonna leave earlier. They offered me another job and that was so unexpected and appreciated that I decided to stay, also because I was getting closer with the other volunteers, especially with one. I quickly felt like home, we lived very special moments and I have lots of beautiful memories that will stay with me forever. I wish them all the best in this life, and I'm sure our paths will cross again one day.

You are wonderful!! On behalf of both of us, I want to tell you that it has been a pleasure meeting you and that we are infinitely happy that you changed your mind and stayed a few more days.
Thank you for joining in and leaving a little bit of yourself, which enriches us so much.
We are happy for you too, and to carry with you a bit of our essence, and may it serve your life.
Millions of thanks and heaps of kisses
This is not goodbye, it's see you soon...

My experience at the project was amazing. I loved the project, the team, and life on the island. The activities were focused on the development of a sustainable tourism application, and my main tasks were research, the search for interesting destinations, and content creation. I had fun and learned a lot during this whole process. I feel that this experience was very enriching and, if I could, I would have stayed longer! Thank you very much, José, for having accepted me and for welcoming me so well from the very first moment. I will miss you all a lot!
