The Experience

As a front desk clerk will be helping guests and provide them with customer service. Ensure the front desk is neat and presentable, and checking in new guest and answer all client questions and emails. Also you will be collecting payments. No bartender experience necessary. Have fun while serving drinks to guests, and make shure that you and the guests have a good time. The bar closes at 11 pm, so after you can go out and have fun in the city.

I had the most incredible experience at the hostel! The staff and other volunteers made my time there so special. They've created a family culture where everyone looks out for each other and I felt immediately welcomed to the team. The working hours are respected and duties very straight-forward. The team were also kind enough to let me have a chunk of time off so I could go on a little trip during my stay. I also went on the tours with the hostel and met so many new people! Thank you so much the hostel family <3.

The hostel is home away from home! The staff is super friendly and they offer flexibility in case you have a personal errand or activity. Besides working at the bar or at the front desk is an enriching experience that allows you to bring the best of you to the hostel, guests and volunteers. If you are talented or passionate about something know for sure that you will have the support of the hostel fam to apply it there if possible.

I had the best time at the hostel and would absolutely come back! Rene the manager is amazing and always extremely flexible when it comes to your days off. All working hours are like agreed upon, you can do laundry for free after 8pm and get free drinks at the bar. Definitely recommend!!
