Casa Noda is a very spacious and clean guesthouse. You have a lot of space around your bed so it is convenient to put your stuff, and you have your intimacy. Thanks to the location of Casa Noda and the team, I was able to enjoy Nagasaki's isakayas. Most of staff and volunteers are Japanese native so I recommande to ha e intermediate level of Japanese so you can better communicate and improve your Japanese 😃

I spent one month volunteering here and had a really good experience. The work is only 3 hours a day, and you're always guided by the staff, so it's easy to learn and enjoyable to work here. Volunteers sleep in a shared dormitory, and the beds are comfortable. The hostel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Nagasaki, which is a beautiful and very interesting city. The staff are all kind, welcoming, and friendly. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Perfectly located next to Chinatown, and only a short walk away to the shopping street and tram stop which can take you to all the important spots in the city. The team are very welcoming, but there's not a huge deal of opportunity to be social. You get a great bed in one of the dorms — one of the best I've had space-wise in Japan. The schedule is given to you at the start of your stay, but there's not a lot of flexibility in it. The host is also very understanding — I had to leave early and they were accommodating despite the short notice.

I really really enjoyed my 3 weeks at the guest house! You will sleep in the dormitory with guests but the beds are spacious and comfortable so I don't think it's a problem at all. The staff is very nice and the guesthouse is clean! The job isn't difficult and they won't let you do overtime! The only down side I can maybe say here, is that Nagasaki is quite far from everything so if you want to go site seeing outside the city it can be difficult with a car. But the guesthouse is perfectly located inside Nagasaki! It was 3 very relaxing weeks for me even during the Golden Week.
