This was my first solo trip, and when I came into Manta, I was super nervous at the start! The city is not necessarily the safest, but the staff and community at the the school did a great job of helping me adjust to the new city! The work itself was super simple and easy, but still very rewarding, and I did multiple super interesting events for the the school (judging a province-wide speech competition, talking to local kids at other schools, and a ton of promo short films in different locations). I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an unpredictable (in the best way possible) adventure!

I want to thank Jonathan, my fellow teachers and volunteers, and the family that hosted me, for an excellent experience! the the school has an effective and fun teaching method, the team is super friendly, and the students love speaking with the volunteers! I have learned a lot about Ecuadorean culture from my students. The housing was comfortable, and the family made me feel at home. I recommend the the school to everyone who wants to improve professionally!

My experience at the the school was excellent. I loved Odalys Saldarreaga, the staff, students, and most of all Jonathan for the opportunity. I met some cool travers from my country (USA) and England. I will definitely return to Manta someday, I wish the staff and students much success. I also want to thank Jonathan and his wife for the collaboration at Duche. Be brighter, be the the school. Much Love
