The Experience

Join us in Manta, Ecuador! We’re looking for friendly, outgoing English speakers to help our students improve their conversational skills through real, natural interactions. No teaching experience is required — just a positive attitude, good communication skills, and an interest in cultural exchange. You’ll meet local students, experience Ecuadorian culture, explore the coast, and become part of our community. We provide accommodation.

I want to thank Jonathan, my fellow teachers and volunteers, and the family that hosted me, for an excellent experience! the the school has an effective and fun teaching method, the team is super friendly, and the students love speaking with the volunteers! I have learned a lot about Ecuadorean culture from my students. The housing was comfortable, and the family made me feel at home. My experience at the the school was excellent. I loved Odalys Saldarreaga, the staff, students, and most of all Jonathan for the opportunity.
