I had really good time in the hostel, helping organizing activites. I'm working remotely and it was not a problem to adjust it with my volunteer schedule. The place itself is increible and there are various activities. Alvaro and Ryan are really welcoming and treat you like family from day 1 :) So if you're looking for a place where you can have fun working - apply!

During my volunteer work at Socialtel Mancora, I was particularly satisfied with the quality of the welcome offered to people, as well as the adherence to work schedules. The clientele was generally friendly and pleasant, which made the experience even more positive. However, the accommodations provided were not always in optimal condition , which could be an area for improvement to enhance the volunteer experience. I would recommend it at anyone who wants to work in a good atmosphere and discover the north of Peru

It was a very positive and enriching experience. I really liked the atmosphere of the place, the vibe of the hostel, and the opportunity to meet people from different countries. The team was always kind and I felt welcomed. I also greatly value the possibility of practicing languages and learning more about customer service and teamwork.
