The Experience

We are a family-run company from Pucón, two blocks from the bus station. The hotel has 12 rooms and 5 apartments. Volunteers have their own apartment (shared with 2/ 3 women). We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers willing to help us with daily hotel tasks such as guest service, check-in and check-out, coordinating breakfast and hotel cleaning. All of these are on rotating schedules. Go and enjoy Pucón!

I have no words to describe this experience, truly. I was fascinated by the community, by the natural wonders, the tasks are really simple, and I became super fond of the girls at the hotel. I'm really grateful for the opportunity, and if you plan to apply I definitely recommend it, especially if you love nature 🌲🤍🗻

This was my first volunteering experience and it exceeded my expectations. The work was varied and allowed me to learn a lot. Space and a super comfortable and private room for volunteers. The hotel is very well located in the center of Pucón, which allowed me to get to know the surroundings.
I greatly appreciate this opportunity and everything I learned during volunteering. I recommend this place if you are someone who wants to enjoy and get to know the nature of the region. A very special greeting to the people with whom I shared this experience and to all the staff that makes up the hotel. Thank you 🫂

My experience as a volunteer at the ApartHotel in Pucón was incredible. From the first day I felt very welcomed; everyone was very kind and always willing to help. I learned a lot about the local culture and received excellent advice. The work was calm, with a flexible and very patient environment. The room is cozy and the hotel very nice. If you are looking for a place to connect with culture and nature, Pucón is ideal, a quiet town. I hope to return someday. A hug to Diamela, Sandra, Alejandra, Monserrat, Soledad, Claudio, and Don Juan for all the affection.

My experience at the hotel was excellent, the team is super nice and from the first moment they make you feel welcome. The tasks are simple and they have very good organization, in addition to flexibility with the schedules and days off. The facilities are very nice, the volunteers are in their own apartment with a bed, a kitchen and a bathroom, and in addition the breakfast is very tasty and complete. Many thanks to Diame, Yare, Sole, Sandra, Claudio and Don Juan!!

My first experience as a volunteer was at the hotel, and it really was unforgettable. I arrived on February 1 and I ended up staying until March 14. From day one they made me feel very comfortable. They have a very good organization with the tasks and also a lot of flexibility with the days off. I’m taking away a beautiful experience and great people. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Diamela, Sandrita, Yarela, Claudio, Sole, Don Juan, Joaco and Marce 🤍✨🧚🏻‍♀️
