The job is very straightforward! Just be comfortable speaking in English to people learning who have varying levels of English ability. No lesson plans needed or formal classroom teaching required. The host is very friendly and kind! The homestay is in a wealthy neighborhood and safe area of Hanoi. I had an excellent experience here and stayed 1 week! The only downside is you can only do light cooking at the current facility.

I had a warm and welcoming first week in the coliving at Harry's the coliving, the work is very relaxed with lots of free time in a calm suburb of Hanoi with good public transport links into the city. Speaking with local students really helped introduce me to Vietnamese culture :)

It was my first volunteer experience, and I had an amazing time! The homestay is easy to reach from the city center, about an hour by Grab bike or car. The place feels like home, and I met so many wonderful people. The owner is kind and welcoming, and the students are curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful volunteer experience in the coliving!
