We’ve recently opened our hostel in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria, and we’re already becoming a favorite spot for young, open-minded backpackers. 🏙️🎒 We’re looking for friendly and positive volunteers to join our team and help us keep the hostel clean, cozy, and full of good vibes. Tasks are simple and varied: cleaning, preparing beds, helping with guest check-ins, and keeping an eye on our small bar.

Classic hostel work experience in a great location. Martin is a kind person and a very hard worker. I especially appreciated the good communication and the organized, clear direction during my stay. I enjoyed meeting both travelers and locals that stayed here. The hiking in this area is exceptional around the Vitosha area, and the whole city is easily accessible by public transit. Thank you for having me.

Well organised, the owners were really welcoming and they were very keen on us not working over our hours which was appreciated

It was 10/10 experience. The treatment of Martin was exquisite and everything worked perfectly. All things have been carried out exactly as mentioned.

My experience at the hostel Vitosha was nice. It is a cheap hostel in the center of Sofia, in a old building, there now and then is having some improvements, including during my time there (those days were annoying…). Both Martin and Viktor are good managers, and quite helpful when I had problems. There are 2 main types of shifts: the lunch shift (with a lot of housekeeping and cleaning work – it took me ~4h) and the dinner shift (calmer, with some basic cleaning). In general, it is a nice work experience if you need a volunteer opportunity that can help you explore Bulgaria.
