It was my first experience with volunteering and honestly it couldn't have been better. Carol, the other volunteers and also the guests who passed by there made me feel at home. The tasks to be carried out followed the job description and were calm, allowing me, in my free time, to enjoy this wonderful city that enchanted me so much, which is Ubatuba. Very happy to have had this experience that surely changed me forever and I recommend it to everyone!

It was important for me to volunteer at the hostel! I was very warmly welcomed, respected and empowered there! The tasks are easy to do and the space is so cozy and inspiring that I did everything with a lot of care to keep maintaining the cozy energy! I could practice my English and Spanish a lot and make many friendships with people from all over the world. I am very grateful to Carol for the opportunity and I will miss Gal, Anne and Liara as well. I hope to return many, many times to the hostel! I wish great prosperity for this business ❤️❤️🙏🏼

The hostel is really nice and cozy, the hours are respected and the tasks are very easygoing. It's close to the beachfront promenade, you can run in the morning, watch the sunrise and enjoy the beach. I highly recommend volunteering.

My volunteer period with tozen was simply incredible! I recommend it to everyone who is thinking about coming to Ubatuba. Carol welcomes volunteers very well. Shifts are scheduled 1 or 2 days in advance; it's not a weekly rotation, she creates them according to need and also according to her own schedule.

Volunteering at the hostel was great, I felt at home quickly... I got to know beautiful places, wonderful people and I took surfing lessons for the first time. The hostel is beautiful, spacious, airy, it has good communal spaces, a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms, besides being close to the beach. Carol is super nice and lets volunteers feel at ease to execute the tasks with autonomy. The calm environment, the group’s vibe and the cat Gal will be missed 🥹💙
