One of the most beautiful places I have been! This family is really nice and kind. It was new for me to do farming work 1400 above sea level but it was worth it for the views. You also get to stay in a cool geometrical dome house.

Jefry and Faye welcomed me with so much warmth, trust and respect to their beautiful permaculture farm at the host. I stayed for one week in their cosy glamping 'dome', while working on hands on jobs around the farm. The work was hard in the hot and humid conditions of Cocorná, but it was extremely rewarding to see my contribution to their inspiring project, and I was fed well by Faye throughout the week! I would definitely recommend if you enjoy peace, tranquility, being at one with nature (birds, monkeys, fireflies!) and are looking for a transformative, loving environment in the wild!

My girlfriend and I felt extremely welcomed at Casa Colibrí. They have a beautiful family and 2 amazing dogs and the environment is a great vibe. Additionally my girlfriend and I stayed in their wooden dome which was extremely comfortable. You get 3 meals a day usually consisting of rice and beans and eggs and arepas the food is really balanced and nutritious. Whilst there we learned a lot about sustainability and how to make compost. I have a great deal of respect for Jefry and his family and thank them for welcoming us into their home

Casa Colibrí was a wonderful place to connect with the nature, and spend time with a wonderful family. Jeffrey & Fey are warm and welcoming and they have created something very beautiful and have a lovely family. We learned a lot about working with the land in the week we were there, the work is hard but rewarding and the passion of the project makes you want to da good job.

Jefry and his family warmly welcomed me for the two weeks I spent with them. Here you'll discover a wonderful project carried out with passion. I was able to do many different tasks and have some unforgettable experiences. The work, which can sometimes be physical, takes place in the morning (and later if you'd like to help). In the afternoons, you won't be short of things to do, as the area is brimming with activities. If you'd like to contribute to a great project and learn a lot alongside a wonderful family, you've come to the right place.
