Watch out, this place could steal a piece of your heart! the hostel is the perfect location if you want balance in your life, its not a party hostel but the family feel means lots of guests stay longer, if you want to party you can find it but a normal day is watching the sunset or spotting whales from the terraza. If you're looking to be in the centre of the action doing drinking games every day this isn't for you, or if you need constant guidance on the job, but the job is super easy, and you can chill and do your own thing a lot of the time. I absolutely loved it here and cant wait to return

My experience at Surfnest Tamarindos was really good !! The hostel is really good with great facilities.\nThe job is accessible and you don't feel like working. JC prepare everything for you so your shift is easier.\nThe people I volunteered with were also really nice.\n\nI recommend it !

I worked mainly in activities and marketing, and I truly enjoyed every part of it. From the beginning, there was always clear and open communication, which made everything much easier and more enjoyable.JC, the manager, is super friendly, supportive, and always willing to help you with anything you need. He really cares about the volunteers and makes you feel comfortable and valued as part of the team.One of the best things about the hostel is the location. You can explore many beautiful places around Puerto Escondido, or simply stay at the hostel and make the most of your free time.

Andres is a very good guy at communicating his ideas, he is well organized at the reception, he has initiative in solving problems, and he was a great help to our hostel.
