Staying in Ticheville was an absolute dream! It's a charming, quiet village surrounded by gorgeous French countryside and architecture—ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. It's the perfect getaway to recharge, discover Normandy and spend quality time with yourself or your partner. We spent plenty of time outdoors in the home helping around the house. Debbie is a fantastic host and an amazing person to be around—very open and super flexible about everything. Dan was also extremely kind, helpful and supportive throughout. A huge thank you for such a memorable experience!

It was sooo great, Debbie and Dan are really wonderful people. They explained everything clearly every time and always answered our questions about anything. Debbie also gave us so many tips on trips and on how to get around Normandy. The working hours and work were always agreed upon and clear. The place and the surrounding area were very quiet and beautiful, ideal for creating stronger bond with your partner and relaxing. The local towns and villages are really cozy and beautiful are beat explored on foot, by bikes or by hitching (you can even get to the coast pretty easily).

We had a wonderful time with Debbie and Dan! The property has a vast the home where you can genuinely learn gardening, from planting vegetables to caring for different plants. A great hands-on experience. The accommodation is a separate house completely to yourself, so you will have all the peace and quiet you need to rest and recharge. Debbie is warm, sociable and incredibly kind. Dan is cheerful and easy to be around. Both made us feel very welcome! Normandy is a beautiful region with charming villages and postcard-perfect countryside. Highly recommend!

We spent two wonderful months with Debbie and Daniel, and it was an unforgettable experience. We learned so much about gardening, and they inspired us to create our own the home one day. We really enjoyed spending time together and always felt welcome and comfortable. They were kind, patient, and happy to share their knowledge. We were also lucky to explore beautiful Normandy and experience the authentic French countryside. Thank you for everything. We'll always remember our time with you!

Debbie was an amazing host. She was super welcoming and fun, we had lots of great chats and laughs. The work was abit different to the profile tho. There is no kitchen work and the gardening is more weeding than anything else (the time of year also effected this). The hotel isn't open anymore so we were on the property by ourselves most of the time which was super relaxing. Totally recommend for people who loves the outdoors or love to read in peace in their time off!
