I highly recommend volunteering at La Fortuna in the hostel. I only have positive things to mention about Mr. Alex and his team, as he was always very respectful, helpful and kind. In addition, he always respected work schedules. The hostel is super clean, tidy, and the patio is super beautiful as the hostel River flows by and you can hear the water falling and connect with nature.

Amazing hostel. Nice, kind and fun people working in it. The tasks are easy and clear. The staff, other volounteers, the pets (especially Nala) made the stay very pleasant. It was my first volounteering experience and would def recoment it to other travelers. Cheers!

The experience in the hostel was amazing! The hostel is a really nice and complete place to stay (well equiped kitchen, free laundry, gym) where you can you can meet people from all over the world and practice your Spanish with all staff (they are really lovely and kind). The work is easy and well organized and the hostel is near to the city center so you can da lot of things in your free time. The owner Alex is the best, really friendly, caring and helpful! Thank so much for everything! Totally recommend this experience!! If you need tips about Fortuna, don't hesitate to reach me out!
