I have had the most amazing time at the inn! I arrived feeling nervous, but everyone was so kind and I ended up making friendships that will last for life!! They always include 3 meals a day plus a snack, so you can save your money. They are also very flexible with your schedule so that you can work on your own projects and they let you experiment with doing different tasks for the pousada (teaching, working in the restaurant, bartending, etc.). Ailson, the host, is very kind and wants everyone to have a good experience. I 10/10 recommend this experience! ❤️

My stay was so wonderful and heartwarming. Shortly after arriving I felt at home and as if I had been there for much longer than I was. Ailson is a very thoughtful and generous person who made me feel welcomed from the start. He made sure that I would get as much cultural new experiences as possible, no matter how short my stay of two weeks was. Every single day was a joyful and enriching experience. It is easy to fall in love with the Pousada and bond with the people there. I have made dear friends and the project of teaching languages worked out amazing while being a lot of fun!

It's the most beautiful place I ever visited. The people are amazing and only want the best for you. I enjoyed every minute on this amazing place on earth. The host taught us a lot about the culture in Brazil and always wanted us to have a great experience. My job was to teach German together with another girl from Germany. The classes were very flexible and we had a lot of fun learning German and Portuguese. I would totally recommend the experience in the Pousada I really enjoyed the time. Thank you very much! :)

Once you arrive in Lavras by bus you'll be picked by Alison where you'll be taken care of and no need to worry. he will always make sure you are tudo bem. the hours felt non-existent as he was flexible with what you did. There are beautiful places nearby where he will happily take you on tour.

Ailson, his family, and his team are all very wonderful people! I felt like I became part of the family. The Pousada is in a very beautiful place and Ailson takes you to see very beautiful parts of his area often. The food is very very good, and the Pousada is decorated with art Ailson created. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience in a beautiful area with very kind people. Please reach out if you have any questions :)
