Description
The fee includes: 1)3meals per day, 2)Laundry service 3)MPA t-shirt, 4)Overnight trip to Ilha de Mozambique (for volunteers staying 3 or more weeks) 5)4 scuba dives per week if qualified, if not 4 or more reef snorkels per week, 5)Workshops on coral, fish, mangroves, Seacucumber etc. 6)2 trips to town per week, 7)Night market visit 8)1 dinner out per week to a restaurant for a traditional Mozambican meal and a soft drink or a beer

The Experience
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with Marine Conservation. You’ll develop techniques to plant corals, survey reefs and identify fish while working alongside our amazing team of staff and volunteers from around the world! You’ll have a positive impact on the conservation of corals and other marine species by creating a healthy coral population. Volunteers will also help out with various community projects and creating social content.

I loved it at Mulala! Johannesburg and Amanda is two amazing people and always made me feel at home. The project is so interesting and you learn a lot. The property and environment is beautiful and it's such a blessing to wake up right by the sea. I would definitely recommend this place and opportunity!

We had the most AMAZING time volunteering here! From the moment we arrived in Nacala, we were treated as family and felt so comfortable. The house we stayed in is beautiful and has all the things we need like a well-stocked kitchen and an AC unit. We worked on a variety of projects like creating a website for the MPA, helping out with the kids in the school, and building things around the property like a swing. I highly recommend volunteering with Amanda and Johannes: the work is great, the people are nice, and you will have so many incredible experiences... We couldn't be happier!
