My time at the guest house was great, I could really experience how is live in a mountain and pretty remote area. During my two weeks there my main responsibility was housekeeping and laundry. Ana is welcoming host, experienced cook and also does magical massages :) I wish the best for the guest house, Ana and the volunteers whom support this terrific place into the nature 💚

Ana is a great host, with a lovely heart and soul. I'm sure we will stay friends and I will return to give her a huge hug. Also the accommodation is in an incredible location, with very beautiful surroundings. However, my experience in the guest house didn't go very well due to organization and management issues. I hope that, in a next opportunity, Ana can be better organized to receive volunteers, with greater clarity regarding the tasks, responsibilities and expectations. Accommodation has enormous potential that can be explored, if properly renovated, maintained and well managed. Thanks :)

Apesar do reconhecimento do trabalho do Henrique durante o tempo da sua estadia no Salto do Lobo ter sido muito boa em termos de dedicação e desempenho como já referi, penso que a sua posição foi muito critica, e pouca clara em relação à minha pessoa e ao meu trabalho.
Não acho uma posição correta tendo em conta a posição em que estava de voluntário, e de ter menos 20 anos do que eu
Por essa razão deixei uma sugestão à worldpackers para estabelecer um acordo de cumprimento antes da vinda dos voluntários para os locais, envolvendo questões que eu acho necessário estabelecer para que as estadias corram o melhor possível.

Ana is a great person and she learns me some things about her. I slept in the river house, because the room that I was stay was ful of things, but then Ana organizated it. The dogs was really pretty, and friendly. The nature was impresive.

Meu 1º voluntariado, uma experiência especial. a guest house é um lugar especial na Serra da Estrela, recomendado para todos que querem ter uma experiência de retiro. *há transporte 6x ao dia para cidade rs. A Ana Alçada é super moderna e alto astral, super flexível e me acolheu muito bem, com muito mimos. Pude colaborar o necessário e ainda trabalhar para o Brasil. A casa tem seu imenso potencial histórico, imersa na natureza onde só se ouve os pássaros, o vento e a cachoeira. As tarefas são tranquilas, a pesar que, o clima exigiu um pouco de resistência, tivemos dias de chuva e de neve.

Todas as pessoas gostaram demais da sua presença, clientes, outros voluntários porque ele é de facto muito especial em tudo o que faz.
Ficou numa época de grande frio sozinho, com queda de muita neve a receber clientes
Douglas demonstrou todo o tempo um compromisso excepcional com as suas responsabilidades na realização das tarefas de limpeza, arrumação, check-in, check-out.

Ana é uma anfitriã adorável. Simpática e gentil, está aberta a ouvir os voluntários. Cozinha super bem e abastece os voluntários com comida de qualidade e liberdade para execução das tarefas. É compreensiva e comunicativa. Como as casas são grandes, o tempo de trabalho acaba excedendo o combinado, mas foi uma excelente experiência. Tive sorte com os outros voluntários, Sabrina e Agnaldo, que fizeram a minha estadia ainda melhor. Ana, nossa noite do karaoke foi inesquecível. Espero te reencontrar em breve e voltar ao seu lindo lar.
